For the third year in a row, we have gathered loyal suppliers with whom we cooperate intensively to discuss important business topics.

Challenging years behind us, but also those that await us brought with them two important questions:
“Challenges of people management.”
“How to motivate employees?”

Through an inspiring conversation in the form of a panel discussion, we touched on employee turnover and the employee retention model, we were interested in whether our business partners also conduct an employee satisfaction questionnaire and what they do when they receive the results. Do they pay more attention to extrinsic or intrinsic factors of increasing satisfaction? On these and many other questions, we came to constructive and interesting conclusions and different approaches to the problems we all face today.

Finally, we organized an informal gathering with food and drinks.
